Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Hike & Yoga Day Retreat

On the first Sunday of each month, we gather at a new spot in Victoria, just an hour and a half drive from Melbourne. Our full-day retreat offers a balanced mix of activities, including guided bushwalking, yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices, and rejuvenating breathing techniques. Delight in a wholesome and tasty lunch amidst nature. This is your chance to forge connections with the outdoors, your body, your breath, yourself, and a welcoming community.

Happy Kids Yoga
