What is Breathwork?
Connected Breathing, also known as Rebirthing Breathwork, is a safe and gentle breathing practice using a continuous, conscious breathing rhythm. This approach supports deep awareness by helping you access the subconscious mind in a supported and intentional way.
As the breath deepens, sensations, emotions, memories or insights may arise. You are guided to remain present with whatever emerges, allowing the breath to gently bring awareness to patterns and experiences that may be held beneath the surface.
This practice supports the release of stored emotional tension, limiting beliefs and unresolved experiences, helping to restore clarity, balance and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. Over time, many people experience greater emotional resilience, insight and a renewed sense of wellbeing.
Sessions are offered as private one-on-one 1.5 hour experiences, where you are safely guided and supported throughout the process. Multiple sessions are recommended to allow for integration and lasting change. Payment plans are available.
